what do use apple id and password

I'm new to Iphone and it keep asking for apple id and password...do I use entire icloud email and the password? I'm confused what it's asking for.

I don't remember my Apple ID password i got a new phone about an hour ago and i have a second email account that i use for everything. i made it a long time ago so i dont remember the password. i tried so many times it locked and to unlock it was sending it to an email i cannot get in on my new phone, i also tried my security questions and my birthdays is wrong which im not sure how either. but this email is connected to all my stuff and i have no clue what to do and last used was on my old phone iphone XR [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Go to Settings

Tap on your name

Under the name the email address is your Apple ID

Its what you set the phone up with.

Guard your password, it is the way into your stuff.
