Apple ID picture changes when I change someone else’s contact
When I change my Apple ID it also changed my moms picture and when I change her name it changes my card in contacts, how do I fix that?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems when updating your Apple ID profile photo or updating your mother's contact information, your data is being affected.
Is the same Apple ID being used between you and your mother? If so, then it's expected behavior for iCloud data to update between devices for the same Apple ID. It's recommended to use your own Apple ID: Use your own Apple ID for Family Sharing - Apple Support
If the issue isn't related to sharing an Apple ID, then test after updating your device, and reach out to Apple Support if the issue persists:
