IMac 27" pink tinge when on Self View on Zoom and Photoboth

Does anyone else have this problem?

This is a brand new computer so I went to a MAC store and tested out the other computers - none had this issue except for the 27' IMac (the laptops, 21.5' and the 27" ImacPro - none had this issue. The self view picture quality looked normal, no pink quality to it).

I already called Apple Support and troubleshot with them - Could it be the camera that Apple is installing in this model?

Hi App_Mac34,

It could be the camera module they use in the 27" iMacs, or your lightning conditions could be different, so that is how the camera reacts. You could try resetting the SMC: How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support.

Thank you Jack - unfortunately it's the same. I'm currently working on my older, 21.5" desktop and the color appears fine so it's not the lighting. Appreciate the help!
