I purchased a selfie stick with the remote control ,connected however if i open the camera app and push the button nothing happened. I did back up my phone and reset all setting then worked then restore my phone and i have the same issue

Go to Settings, Bluetooth

Look for the selfie stick device and tap on it to connect .

Yes , that is what i done after that i am opened the camera and pushed the button and nothing happened . Then i select setting -> general -> reset -> reset all setting and after that worked properly . Later i back up my phone and again not working

You need to work with the manufacturer of the selfie stick.

The selfie stick working properly on other phone and also if i reset my phone is fine.
