Headphones not working iPhone7

Ever since the latest update (14.4) my headphones have not worked, I use third party headphones (Sennheiser) and they’ve always worked previously using the Apple headphone adapter. My partner has an iPhone10 and she is experiencing the same issue. Can someone please confirm if they’ve found a workaround for this or if we are simply waiting for the new update to fix it? Ty!

Hello iPhonesR4lyf and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty using a Lightning to audio adapter after a recent iOS update.


If you are getting an error saying that the accessory is not supported and this is an Apple-branded adapter, you'll want to reach out directly to Apple Support for options.
