Ever since the latest update (14.4) my headphones have not worked, I use third party headphones (Sennheiser) and they’ve always worked previously using the Apple headphone adapter. My partner has an iPhone10 and she is experiencing the same issue. Can someone please confirm if they’ve found a workaround for this or if we are simply waiting for the new update to fix it? Ty!

If you are getting an error saying that the accessory is not supported and this is an Apple-branded adapter, you'll want to reach out directly to Apple Support for options.

Unfortunately, I am getting no such error. In fact, no error at all is showing. Just that no sound is coming through the headphones (which I know work in other devices) but when I use the official iPhone earphones they are recognised on the pull-up tray and the sound comes through no problem.
