Hello pps11pran,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have concerns that your MacBook has some dead pixels. Check out the information provided in article, About LCD display pixel anomalies for Apple products released in 2010 and later. This information may shed light on what you're seeing.
If you're still unsure, you would need to have the device looked over by a technician to determine if you are seeing a dead pixel. You can use the article below to review your options for visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and set up a reservation.
Best regards.

I took a look at the link you sent. I think it might be a Foreign substance. I don't know, but you should definitely go to an AASP for more information (Apple Stores are closed in some areas) or send it in for repair.
I agree. You’re gonna have to send it in for repair. Unless you can live with it, you’re going to have to send it in for repair.
Thank u for your reply
but this is not a foreign substance I am sure.
clean the screen. If it still persists, then send it in for repair.
I have cleaned the screen
and I also had a talk with the apple support, they told me that my display might have some pixel anomaly
