Is this dead pixel?
my MacBook is only 3 months old and it has got some dark spots on the screen pls help me find out ,are these dead pixels and will get repaired as my MacBook is under warranty.

I took a look at the link you sent. I think it might be a Foreign substance. I don't know, but you should definitely go to an AASP for more information (Apple Stores are closed in some areas) or send it in for repair.
I agree. You’re gonna have to send it in for repair. Unless you can live with it, you’re going to have to send it in for repair.

clean the screen. If it still persists, then send it in for repair.

and I also had a talk with the apple support, they told me that my display might have some pixel anomaly
