Your first consideration is having a PowerBank of adequate capacity to recharge your iPad Pro - and how many times. The greater the capacity, the more it’ll cost and the larger it will become.
For the most part, small PowerBank batteries principally intended for an iPhone are inadequate for an iPad.
For modern Apple devices, a key specification to look for is compatibility with USB-PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging. Similarly, be aware that the QC (Quick Charge) standard is not compatible with Apple devices.
There are many PowerBank batteries, from many reputable manufacturers, from which you can choose.
