How can I get an express replacement for a lost phone while the claim is being processed? I didn’t have find my enabled when I lost the phone, it’s been a complicated process trying to replace it. Please look at this - If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support

If you have “Applecare+ with Theft or Loss” sometimes called “Applecare Services” then make a claim according to the documents you received as it varies with country.

If you have cover provided by your network provider ask for a claim form when you contact them about cancelling and replacing the SIM
