Mac Calendar "Server responded with an error" message

Okay here's how I fixed it, this assumes you have no On Your Mac calendars, so back those up ahead. Also backup any Mail account settings like extra email address aliases. Try this at your own risk.
After doing this, everything worked.
It can't be an isolated macOS problem with Big Sur because I've been having the issue as stated in my previous post, and I'm still running High Sierra.
6:46 PM now, and it just switched to the triangle! Definitely a time of day issue.
Update #2 - all works. David’s method has confirmed to work - and seems independent of time.
Fingers crossed this sticks. Now will try on my second MacBook to ensure it’s not a fluke…
I experience the same as hqa1351f. All works fine until about 3-4pm PST (UTC -8). Then the sync breaks. Next morning all is good again.
The issue occurred again at around 9am in Japan.
But it seems it's working now.
From Japan again - appears to stop working at 11am Japan time.
Will check if it starts again at 5pm local as it has for the last two days
Like others on this thread. I just checked my Calendar and sync with Google accounts is broken (again) 9:00PM Eastern. So something breaks in the evening and all is good again in the morning. *sigh*
Agreed DinJapan - stopped working around that time for me, too in Japan (I didn't check until 11:20, but it is not working now)
The situation today seems to be very unstable.
Sometimes it's working OK and sometimes it's not...
Can confirm ... Tried David Drahos method. Seemed like it was a temporary fix, but issue has cropped up again. Am in Tokyo.
why does it only happen on my desktop and not my phone or iPad?
This worked for me! The revoking access of step 4 definitely helped!
This did not work for me and now my Apple Calendar won't sync the Google Calendars appropriately. Are there any suggestions to resolve this from here?
Same problems, tried the suggestions on here, same issue. Apple or Google - please fix this.
