I ask because my saying things to the software developers over at Suggest a Feature in the APP doesn’t give me any input to resolve anything and also, I’d much rather get input from many different people and then not have it all disappear once it is Closed like they do at Contact Support in the APP.

I use Outlook for iOS and have had good discussions with Outlook support in the app via "Contact Support". When you ask them a question and then close the window then it does not permanently disappear until the case is "Closed". The forum here is for Apple products and therefore you are probably better off posting Outlook concerns/questions in Microsoft support forum.
If you have any particular issue that we can attempt to address then go ahead and post it.

I agree and I’m completely aware of what you said regarding closing Support discussions. I’ve had several discussions with people over there. But I just dislike the way that they disappear after they Close it & in fact, that’s why I’d said “Close” it with a Capitol C rather than whatever else one might say. I always need to make sure that I take notes and keep them somewhere that I’ll remember since any discussions will be gone. I’ve used Microsoft Answers a LOT on my computer stuff and also when I had my Nokia Lumia 635 & 950 Windows phones before Microsoft put them in hospice & all those discussions are still there and can be found for a long time.
