Iphone and Sync 3 Ford

Since updating to latest OS 14.4 Apple play no longer works.

started to be an intermittent fault and today doesn’t connect at all.

tried hard reset and new cable, nothing. Car doesn’t see the phone at all and it was perfectly fine before.

Phone charges and bluetooths to car no problem.

Apple Car Play doesn’t work in my 2020 Honda CR-V When I first got my car, I had a iPhone 12 Pro Max and I had issues with connecting with Apple Car Play. It would work then disconnect constantly, every few mins. If I would disconnect the Apple OEM cable and reconnect it, it would sometimes come back on. Other times I’d have to push the power button down on the radio until it prompts you to reboot. Sometimes this would work, sometimes it wouldn’t. I’ve replaced the cables and the same issues occur. I’ve restarted my phone and my car and sometimes this would work, but not always. One thing to remember, is any of these fixes would work…but only for a few mins. Recently I got the new iPhone 14 Pro Max and the problem seems to be at an all time high. I don’t know what to do to fix this. Any ideas?

I have tried everything and my apple car play still wont work for my phone. My boyfriends phone works perfectly but mine does not. It happened randomly without me updating anything on my phone. I need to connect my phone to the usb port for the carplay to work and one day it just stopped popping up. I have restarted my phone and checked everything.

iPhone not connecting to Apple Car Play My iPhone 11 will not connect through USB cable to my Apple Car Play. I have tried multiple cables and multiple other phones and my iPhone 11 is the only one that does not work.
