the screen on my ipad (purchased end of 2020) keeps flicking all over the place. For example on the setting screen the keypad flicks flicking up and down but I can't enter anything. If I get to try try to change the wifi the password screen will come up and then flick down before I can enter the password.
Any app I go on has a mind if its own.

This would likely indicate a hardware issue with the display. Please make an appointment at an Apple Store and they can fix it for you. iPad Repair - Official Apple Support.
