I just want to turn off the swipe up from bottom of screen gesture which reveals the dock. I have turned off all the options in that control panel and it still has the swipe up dock which I would like to disable. Any ideas ?

The upward swipe to reveal the dock - and related upward swipe to the centre and pause (to reveal the task switcher) are fundamental OS control gestures.
These gestures are not user configurable - and cannot be suppressed from Settings.
