Mailenable settings on ios14

Hi can anyone help with the above, the mailenable email not taking on my iPhone.

I have tried various "web" suggestions with no success.

Anybody else had this issue and resolved it?

I am assuming once set on one device (iPhone ) iPad and Mac will adopt too.

any help appreciated
