Both of my kids have 9.7" 5th Generation iPads, and when I updated to iPadOs 14.4 the App Store icon disappeared, and if I search for it on the devices it's gone as well. I managed to get to it on my daughters after some messing around, but it just crashed and now it's gone.
I've looked all over the internet and there is nothing out there about this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We understand you're missing your App Store on your kids iPads. We can help with that.
The app store cannot be deleted from the device but can be blocked from view by restrictions you may have set. This can be checked by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases and then make sure all settings are allowed.
