How to scan Contact QR code with note field using build-in camera?

I have a QR code that contains a contact with a note field. When I try to scan QR code using build-in camera the QR code is correctly recognised as contact. However, the contact notes fields is missing.

When I try 3rd party QR scanner the contact notes field is present.

What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug I should report?

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the built-in QR code reader not saving notes for a contact, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

Does this occur with every contact you import with the QR code reader?

Also, does the QR code reader work as expected with other types of content?

Finally, restart your iPhone, and test for the issue again.

Nope, this doesn't help. Tried on top with a 3rd (friend) device. The note field is not present.

The problem happens with any Contact QR code (vCard/meCard) on iOS14.4. QR code containing meCard/vCard Contact is correctly recognised by camera and notification is displayed. Once I hit the notification, contact sheet with parsed contact is being displayed. All information is filled correctly except the note field.

I discovered this during a customer complain with my QR code generator (meaning 2 people have same issue). I tested every QR generator on the market (Free/Paid) and have the same result. However, using 3rd party scanner works out of the box.

I tried to restart the phone - no effect.
