Logitech Webcam 922x Pro Incompatibility

The Logitech 922x Pro webcam causes the app (JamKaZam) to reboot when I attempt to re-size the video frame. If I don’t touch the full-size frame but move it partially off the monitor it’s okay but impractical.

I just bought the 2020 MacBook Air with the M1 chip. Logitech’s website does say that one of the vital support apps, “Capture” does not support Mac 11 and M1 chip.

So which company, Apple or Logitech, typically needs to update their firmware/software to resolve this issue! Otherwise I have a brick on the end of a stick.

Hello there, BoBWhat!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have an issue with an app from Logitech not working with Big Sur. Per this link for Logitech Capture – Logitech Support + Download, Logitech has not released an update to make the software compatible with the M1 chip and macOS 11.

You'll need to reach out to Submit a request – Logitech Support + Download to contact Logitech for assistance with their update for the software.

Have a super day!
