How to join segments automatically after Remove Silence

I'm recording podcasts and after I've removed silence either using the function or manually, there are all these gaps in the recording. Is there a way to SQUISH the segments back together so that there aren't these empty sections, or is the only way to just manually move all the segments together?

In other words: how do I get all the audio segments to squish together before bouncing?

Thank you!

Bounce Regions in Place will not move the Regions together, it just creates a new "combined" Audio File (Region) and places it on a new Track.

I think the solution the OP is looking for is the following:

Select all the Regions (except the first one!) and use the command Edit > Move > Shuffle Left

Now all the selected Regions are moved together without any gaps.

Hope that helps
