walkie talkie app can use in Myanmar?

In Myanmar, now happening the military coup.

The Myanmar Junta are trying to cut out the internet & phone very soon.

Therefore we would like to use iwatch walkie talkie each other.

It would be so much better if we can use that app in our Region(Country).
