our old computer crashed and we purchased a new Mac. we had all of the music taken off of the old computer, put on a hard drive and then put on the new computer. we do not have the passwords or emails for all of the Apple ID.s but want access too the music and when I make playlists, they won't completely transfer to my phone or iPod. It's about both devices.

See If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support and Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support. One you've recovered access to each of your IDs and authorized you should be able to play and transfer any protected content.
