transfer of music from computer to phone or iPod

our old computer crashed and we purchased a new Mac. we had all of the music taken off of the old computer, put on a hard drive and then put on the new computer. we do not have the passwords or emails for all of the Apple ID.s but want access too the music and when I make playlists, they won't completely transfer to my phone or iPod. It's about both devices.

As noted see If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support to identify your previous Apple IDs.

See How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support so regain control of those Apple IDs so that you might be able to authorize the computer for protected media or redownload past purchases.

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community for some complications around accessing past purchases from multiple accounts.

Gather your recovered media into your iTunes library, connect your device, select content to sync, and sync it.
