Life span of Apple Watch

My Apple Watch has started to fail after just over 2 years use. The battery life this time is the issue. I’ve gone through all of the resets etc etc. Both Myself and my partner have both had 2 watches each since it has been released by Apple but all of them seem to have not been able to last not much more than 2 years of service. Has anyone out there the same experience?
