Apple Watch 6 dies after 8 hours

Over the last three days my Apple Watch 6 is dying after 8 hours. I’m not doing anything different to normal, and I have tried reducing things that might affect the battery by switching off various features. It’s not even a year old I got it for Christmas 2020.

it’s dead at the moment AGAIN but when it charges up I’m going to try pairing and unpairing. Any other advice?

Watch dying quickly My Apple Watch series 7 is losing battery very quickly. By the end of the working day it’s dead, sometimes even before. I get about 7 hours out of it, my partner has a series 4 and his lasts 2 days some times. ive had the watch for just over a year, there is a crack in the screen. Apple Watch 44mm not holding charge Has anyone had trouble with the 44mm not holding a charge? Ive had two now that will die after an hour and struggle to even function during that hour. I will charge again midday and it will last a little longer but still dies before nighttime. Wtf!?
