I wiped my apple watch and sold it, but it can not be set up by the new lady as it says it's still on my account. It doesn't show in my list of devices or on the watch app on my iPhone?
Can someone help me?

If you cannot follow the steps in the bottom of the "Before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch" section in:
then all I can suggest is to get the watch back, pair it with your iPhone (with your Apple ID) and then follow the instructions in the above link. Then give it back to the lady.
