After help from this community, I was able to upgrade to Big Sur OS.

After installing and rebooting the computer, the following message pops up. It offers a choice of Cancel or Open. However, even if I select Cancel, the same message will pops up, again and again (even if I reboot)

I also went into the Application Folder and put the IP Securitas app in the Trash and emptied the Trash.

This did not help.

“com.lobotomo.IPSecuritasDaemon” is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?

How can I get stop this message from popping up?

Would it be a bad thing to Open IPSecuritasDaemon?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
