Deleted workout in health app still shows on apple watch

I have made the mistake of adding a workout for the wrong duration (for example, 22 hours instead of 22 minutes) and even after deleting it from the health app and hard resetting my iPhone, the activity shows on my apple watch in the exercise and stand rings. It messes up my records. I have found upon searching that other people have had this issue to no avail. Is there any solution to this?

in my sIn my sitch, I forgot my watch at home all day so added a manual workout through Health to give me 300 baseline calories but realized it populated data not how I expected so I deleted it through Health per online direction.

  1. The workout disappeared from AF+ WORKOUT listing but it’s obvious only some CALORIES data backed out/update/sync and the MINUTES and STAND data did not back out/update/sync.

How can I get these rings to sync “down?” I’ve tried removing the app & restarting my phone.

CALORIES: My workout only shows 342 active calories.

ACTIVITY: The 650+ minutes of activity has earned me an undue award, and I’m in a few challenges and don’t want to appear to be cheating.

STAND: Not quite as big a deal but it should still sync.
