Why is auto login unavailable

I am trying to set up auto login on my Mac and no mater what setting fixes I do, it never becomes available.

FWIW, Automatic Login does not work with FileVault enabled.

FWIW, Automatic Login does not work with FileVault enabled.

Works for me if I turn it ON (in my main disk it is OFF but on my external test drives it is ON and it has always worked).
