iPhone unlock with Apple Watch

My iPhone won’t unlock with my Apple Watch. Settings says software update required, but my iOS is up to date, as is my watch OS.

Unlock iPhone with watch not working after iOS 14.6 and watch OS 7.5 Iphone not unlocking after I made these updates. In settings it tells me software update required but I am all to date. Apple watch option is greyed out. I haveshut down and restarted both iPhone and watch, in different order each time and still no solution. Anyone with this problem?

What you’re seeing with iOS 14.4 is expected behavior; iOS 14.4 does not contain that feature.

We’re also not in a position to discuss not-yet-officially-available beta features around here in ASC.
