Like said in the title, I've got a chipped out scratch/dent on the edge of my iPhone 12 like shown in the picture. I would like to know are these scratches repairable if I sent them in to apple, I've got the warranty and I am willing to pay as much as it cost. all I want to know is whether these kinds of scratches are repairable or not.
That damage is cosmetic and not covered by the standard warranty.
The paint on the frame chipped off. Take it to a pro paint shop (not a Walmart) and get the color matched. An artist brush to apply multiple layers and then put the whole thing in a case so you can't chip it again.

Damage to the back side of a phone cannot be repaired. You will either need to replace that phone or get a cover for it.
