Service says warranty has expired in 2019, which is not possible

I bought AirPods in Croatia serial no.  GW***X2Y and now they started disconnecting from my Iphone i send them to official service in Montenegro and they told me that they have a problem because when they put serial number of AirPods in the system is telling them that warranty has expired in 2019. which is not possible because I have the bill and warranty that I bought them 24.06.2020. The official service in Montenegro gave me this link so you can help me solve my problem?
