Pepperflash player, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

What are they? Today my Mac os froze 3 times ( happens very often after the Big Sur installation) and after doing a search for "Flash" it showed "Pepperflash player" do I need it?

Also I do not remember installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, do I need it?
