WhatsApp echo 11pro

80% of my calls via WhatsApp video have this horrible delay, speaker drop off and echo. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions -removing case, lowering volume, cleaning speakers, reinstalling app several times, and still the poor sound quality exists. What are my other options to get this fixed? Shame I’ve only had this phone a year and I see from my web searches the 12 has similar issues.

Speaker randomly turns off during phone call after updating to iOS 16.2 my iPhone 10 XR now after updating the iOS whenever I use the speaker, it randomly turns off multiple times. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth and have restarted the phone. Nothing helps.
