Completing apple ID

I've made my apple ID recently and wanted to download something from the app store. It said as my Apple ID hadn't been used yet, I needed to review it. It got me to write in some more information, but whenever I tried to press continue, it just comes up with a box that says 'For Assistance, contact iTunes Support at...' and I pressed every button and filled every box available.

Can anyone help?
