Completing Apple ID

I have finished doing the apple ID completion and I tried downloading something but it says I haven’t used this Apple ID so I clicked review and I finished putting all my information and card in but it stopped me and said to contact iTunes so I was trying to see if y’all could help.

The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple employees. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
