Iphone 12 pro max pacific blue logo dissapear when on or reboot the iphone

my iphone 12 Max pacific blue 256gb, when open or reboot the iphone, apple logo flashing appear and the it gone and the screen turn black until a few second the logo appear back to finish starting up the phone.. is the problem is software or hardware problem? Most pacific blue have this issue and my brother also had the same issue.. but the colour of 12 pro max doesnt had this issue.. can we claim the warranty and hope apple can solve this problem
