Who can I talk to regarding that my phone will not update
For days I get a notice my phone will auto be update so i
plug it in go to sleep but next morning tried to update did not update will try again why won’t it update

As mentioned....if it’s an iOS update you’re trying to get done and you have the iPhone 6 that shows in your post then it can’t update beyond iOS 12.
