You can check your app purchase history, but that’s not the only way to cause problems here.
See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support
Also see which devices are logged into your Apple ID, and if you recognize them all.
Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
But if we’re having this discussion, your Apple ID has seemingly been compromised. That’s as serious an issue as can exist with an Apple ID. Change the Apple ID password. Enable two-factor authentication if that’s not already enabled, too.
If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
If somebody else has your Apple ID and password, and your passcode, and has physical access, your security is, well, gone.
With your device passcode and physical device access, they can see your saved passwords, too.
You’ll likely want to be changing all of your passwords, including to those of your password-reset paths such as your recovery email account passwords.
You’ll also be wiping and resetting and re-installing iOS and/or iPadOS and/or macOS, as trying to (reliably) identify specific and malicious configuration changes is yet more work.
