My watch updated today and when I go to record a walk/run it comes up in ft/m instead of miles/kilometers. I have done all the advice on the support groups. It is set on my health app, workout app and watch app to be in miles and it is on my daily total but not when I go to record an activity. Please help I’ve been going mad with it

I have done this and it says it’s changed but still recording as meters/ft on my actual watch in the total distance and when recording walk/runs
Miles or Kilometers
On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to summary then tap on walking and running distance,scroll down to the bottom and tap on unit then choose mi or km.
Or;
In the settings app on the watch
Tap on workout,scroll down to the very bottom and tap on units of measure and change your units here.
