Hi, I'm trying to ask for activation lock removal via the new support page, when i submit the form i keep getting this error : Form submit failed, please retry
i tried for 100 times then it's timed out and i have to start all over again and same thing happens everytime.
What should i do ?!

I don't know why you're seeing that message and you'd best contact Apple Support about it: Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

The people (me!) responding on this forum are almost exclusively users like you. Even if an Apple employee replies it may take several days. You really should contact Apple directly about this issue at https://support.apple.com/contact Since this is a new feature it may still have issues and it would be good for them to know that.
Which exact page is that? It would truly surprise me if Apple was now offering to undo activation lock officially. Are you certain it is a real Apple page? Sounds to me like a great opportunity for phishing.

Well, thank you you've been very helpful but I know the old ways and they take a lot of time, i think the purpose of the this new page was to save time, i want to know what's wrong with submitting the form ?!
