Please tell me how to use my Print Explosion Deluxe on my mac OS Catalina

You can't. Print Explosion Deluxe was released when OS9 was being phased out and OS X was new. It's a 32 bit software. This alone disqualifies it from running in a Catalina system.

Regardless of this, it ceased to work properly going back many version of macOS. I had a copy of this and it was useful at the time but there are no doubt better alternatives now.

Print Explosion Deluxe was released in 2001 and the developer stopped supporting it in 2006. I doubt it ran on any recent MacOS and certainly will not run under Catalina which runs only 64 bit applications.
