iPhone 12 Charging Issues

Purchased a new iPhone 12 mini (second handset and first one kept randomly rebooting). However now I have an issue with charging. If I use the new USB-C cable and 20w fast charger it’ll charge one day, not the next. Completely intermittent and then after a few days won’t charge at all. If I use an older charger, like 5w or 12w and old lightening cable, no issues at all! Cmon Apple, this is shoddy kit or software you’re pushing out for premium priced products.

Force restart the phone via this article. https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios

If to no avail, the phone is obviously in warranty and from what I’ve seen has not been damaged by you, so in that case you should probably take it to Apple and either request a replacement/repair or a refund.
