Fall Notification

I had a fall on ice detected by my Apple Watch. (Awesome). The watch called 911 and all my emergency contacts. (Even better!) But that was this morning and I am fine now. My emergency contacts keep getting new messages every time my location changes. How do I get this to stop for this event? I don’t want to disable forever, but I don’t want to keep texting my contacts about a fall that happened 8 hours ago.

Does the notification to emergency contacts include all those listed? Does it send this notification to more than 1 emergency contact? On Apple Watch, does the notification sent when there is a hard fall go to more than 1 emergency contact if you have 3-4. Or does it just go to the first one in the list? Would all 4 people get the same notification?
