I accidentally called 911 on my Apple Watch

I accidentally called 911 on the Apple Watch.

They notified my emergency contacts. All day today anytime I traveled to a new location, all of my contacts receive a notification:

Emergency SOS

The approximate location of Otter has changed.

And it shows a map of my location.

How do I turn it off/stop it?

Yes I have turned off my Apple Watch on and off a couple times to no avail.

Hello otter81, Maybe this Apple Support page can help on your question.

Use Emergency SOS on your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)

To stop the updates from being sent, select Stop Sharing in the notification that you receive. If you keep sharing, you will receive a reminder to stop every 4 hours for 24 hours.
