Can I remove someone from my iCloud and keep my information?

If someone else is logged into my icloud and has all my information is there a way I can permanently remove them but keep all my information even though I don't have access to their phone

Nobody can log into your iCloud unless you share your Apple ID.

Did you?

Once they have your info, you cannot delete from their device(s) remotely.

Best you change your Apple ID password => Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

and setup 2 factor authentication => Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Note: Setup at least 2 trusted phone numbers (landline can also be used)
