HI i am trying to transfer

Hi ,i did q transfer from old phone to Iphone 11 but my old phone rings not the new phone?

Did you transfer the active SIM card from your old iPhone to your new iPhone 11? If NOT then that is the reason because your new iPhone does not have a working SIM.

If you already have an active SIM card in your new iPhone then contact your carrier and have it resolved.

Does your old iPhone with the old SIM card still able to make and receive phone-calls? If YES then move that SIM card to your new iPhone.

You mentioned that there is a SIM card issue. Can you take that SIM card and your iPhone to your carrier and get this resolved?
