Not getting a special Valentine’s badge

I used a workout app for 30 min x 2 times on 14 Feb 2021 but didnt get a special bade for Valentine.

Does it require a workout of 60 min continuously to eligible for this badge?

No it requires 60 minutes of exercise on your green ring.
