When available, you can view these special challenges in the Activity app on your Apple Watch or your iPhone. These challenges are only available for a limited time and if you don't earn the award during the specified period, it will no longer be available.

If you complete a goal, but don't earn the award

You will earn the award within 9 days of completing the Activity Challenge.

If you don't see Activity challenges on your iPhone or Apple Watch

If an Activity challenge already occurred, it won't appear on your Awards tab.

After each step, see if the challenge appears:

Make sure that the software on your iPhone and Apple Watch is up to date.

Make sure that your Apple Watch can connect to Wi-Fi, so it can download the challenge.

Some challenges are offered in certain regions only. To check your region on your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then tap General/Language & Region.

I am having the same problem. I did 33 exercise minutes on February 14, 2022, and did not receive my badge. I’ve restarted my apple watch and phone several times and still no award showing up ):

This happened to my wife once and she contacted support,they were very helpfull and she got the badge;
