How do I get my disabled Apple ID balance up and running?

It sounds as though your Apple ID may be disabled, or disabled for making purchases in the iTunes Store and App Store. If your Apple ID is disabled in the iTunes and App Store you would want to reach out to Apple for the best support. You can find their contact details online via the Get Support website. This information can also be found in the following article, along with the steps to resolve issues if the Apple ID is locked for security reasons.
