Redownloading iCloud Music Library To New Computer After Old One Failed

I have iTunes Match and have been syncing my entire library to the iCloud Music Library.

Unfortunately, my old laptop blew up after having tea spilled over it and I was just wondering if it was possible to re-download my library back on to my new machine so I don’t lose my tunes as my iTunes backup was quite old and I’d downloaded a ton over the past few months.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated. I am using iTunes for Windows 10.

Cheers!

Sign into your Apple ID, authorize the computer for your Apple ID, See Turn on Sync Library (aka iCloud Music Library) with Apple Music - Apple Support. Once enabled you should see your iCloud Music Library to stream or download.
