I need help deleting apps from my phone

Yes I have. It tells me that removing from the homescreen will keep it in the library
Have you tried deleting the App in Homescreen instead of the library?

I am unable to delete apps from my phone. When I go to the App Library and tap on the app and hold it down the options that come up are to share the app or to add it back to the homescreen
